Information collected includes full name, organisation name, country, designation, purpose of enquiry, and communication details. Information submitted through our contact forms is used solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, verifying your credentials as a legitimate defence or government entity, and facilitating the NDA and briefing process. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond the stated scope of your enquiry.

1.3 Data Protection & Storage

All personal data submitted to Shinwei Gukbang is stored on secure, India-based servers. Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis. We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Data is retained only for the duration required to process your enquiry and fulfil any contractual obligations.

1.4 Disclosure of Information

Shinwei Gukbang does not sell, trade, rent, or share personal information with any third party, commercial partner, or government agency, except where required by applicable Indian law or court order. Information shared in the context of an NDA-governed engagement is treated as strictly confidential and subject to the terms of the applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement.

POLICY 02

CONFIDENTIALITY & INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

2.1 Classified Information Framework

Shinwei Gukbang operates a classified information framework aligned with national defence security standards. Technical specifications, system architectures, performance parameters, client identities, project details, and partner information are classified as restricted and are not published or disclosed publicly under any circumstance.

2.2 NDA Requirement

All technical briefings, capability documents, project information, team profiles, and client references are made available exclusively under a signed bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement. Shinwei Gukbang signs the NDA first, before any sensitive information is shared. This applies to prospective clients, partners, investors, and government counterparts alike.

2.3 Candidate & Applicant Confidentiality

All career applications, candidate CVs, and recruitment-related communications are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Shinwei Gukbang executes an NDA prior to reviewing any application. Candidate identity, current employer, and all application details are never disclosed to any third party, partner, government body, or any external entity under any circumstance whatsoever. All technical interviews are conducted exclusively in person at our Pune headquarters. Interview records are restricted-access and destroyed post-process if the candidate does not join.

2.4 Internal Information Security

All employees, contractors, and consultants of Shinwei Gukbang are subject to binding confidentiality agreements. Access to classified technical information is granted on a strict need-to-know basis with role-based access controls. Violations of our confidentiality policy are treated as a serious disciplinary and legal matter.

EXPORT CONTROL & COMPLIANCE POLICY

3.1 Regulatory Framework

Shinwei Gukbang conducts all international business activities in full compliance with applicable export control regulations including India's SCOMET (Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment and Technologies) framework, US ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations), US EAR (Export Administration Regulations), EU Dual-Use Export Control Regulations, and CAATSA (Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act).

3.2 Technology Transfer

No technology transfer, technical data sharing, or export of defence-related materials is conducted without the appropriate government authorisations and export licences as required by applicable law. All technology transfer discussions are reviewed by our compliance team prior to initiation.

3.3 Sanctioned Entities

Shinwei Gukbang does not engage in business with any entity, individual, or country subject to sanctions under applicable Indian, US, EU, or UN sanction frameworks. All prospective partners and clients are screened against applicable sanctions lists prior to engagement.

ANTI-CORRUPTION & ETHICS POLICY

4.1 Zero Tolerance

Shinwei Gukbang maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, and any form of improper inducement in connection with the conduct of business. This policy applies to all employees, contractors, agents, and representatives acting on behalf of the company.

4.2 Government Interactions

All interactions with government officials, armed forces personnel, and public procurement authorities are conducted with the highest standards of transparency and integrity, in strict compliance with the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (India) and applicable international anti-bribery laws.

4.3 Conflict of Interest

All employees and representatives are required to disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest and to recuse themselves from relevant decisions. The company maintains a conflicts register reviewed annually by management.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

5.1 Ownership

All intellectual property developed by Shinwei Gukbang Private Limited — including but not limited to software, algorithms, system architectures, hardware designs, processes, inventions, trade secrets, and technical documentation — is the exclusive property of Shinwei Gukbang Private Limited and/or the Stenjaan Global Group, as applicable. All rights are reserved.

5.2 Protection of IP

Shinwei Gukbang actively pursues patent protection for novel inventions and innovations. Employees contributing to patentable inventions participate in our IP incentive programme. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or disclosure of proprietary IP constitutes a serious breach of contract and will be pursued under applicable Indian and international intellectual property law.

5.3 Third-Party IP

Shinwei Gukbang respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. The company does not incorporate third-party IP into its products or systems without appropriate licences or authorisations. Employees are prohibited from using unlicensed software, tools, or materials in the course of their work.
