COMPLIANCE PIPELINE
DPIIL Recognition
DPIIL recognition establishes Shinwei Gukbang as a recognised industrial entity under the Government of India framework, enabling access to defence procurement programmes, government grants and Make in India incentives.
Required for MoD vendor registration and defence procurement participation.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates that Shinwei Gukbang operates a robust quality management system meeting international standards. This is a baseline requirement for defence procurement by most government agencies globally.
Required by most government tenders and international defence procurement agencies.
Startup India Recognition
Startup India recognition provides access to tax benefits, government grant programmes, fast-track patent processing and participation in defence innovation programmes including iDEX (Innovations for Defence Excellence).
Enables participation in iDEX, DISC and other defence startup programmes.
MoD Vendor Registration
MoD vendor registration is the foundational requirement for direct supply to Indian Armed Forces and Ministry of Defence procurement programmes. It establishes Shinwei Gukbang as an approved defence supplier.
Mandatory for all direct Indian Armed Forces and MoD procurement engagement.
DSIR Recognition
DSIR recognition as a scientific and industrial research organisation provides significant tax benefits on R&D expenditure, access to technology development programmes, and credibility in technology-intensive procurement.
Supports R&D investment case for bank proposals and investor engagement.
Make in India
All Shinwei Gukbang products are designed and developed in India under the Make in India initiative. Our indigenous product development roadmap fully aligns with the Government's Aatmanirbhar Bharat vision for defence self-reliance.
Qualifies for preferential procurement under Defence Acquisition Procedure (DAP) indigenisation categories.
iDEX Participation
iDEX is the Government of India's flagship programme to foster innovation and technology development for defence by engaging startups, MSMEs and tech companies. Shinwei Gukbang is preparing applications for relevant DISC (Defence India Startup Challenge) rounds.
Provides non-dilutive grant funding and direct armed forces engagement for product validation.
AS9100 Rev D
AS9100 is the gold standard quality management certification for aerospace and defence manufacturers. It builds on ISO 9001 with additional requirements specific to aviation, space and defence product development and manufacturing.
Required for supply to Tier-1 global aerospace and defence prime contractors.
