Principal AI / Computer Vision Engineer
Lead development of real-time computer vision models for threat detection, target classification and tracking across EO, IR and multi-spectral feeds deployed on edge hardware in the field.
Laser Systems Engineer — Directed Energy
Design, integrate and test high-energy laser systems and LIDAR-based detection platforms for the Laser Shield Beam and Laser Detection System product lines.
Autonomous Flight Systems Engineer — Swarm AI
Develop the AI and control stack for our autonomous drone platforms — from individual UAV navigation in GPS-denied environments to coordinated swarm behaviour of 50+ aircraft operating as a single intelligent unit.
Senior Embedded Systems Engineer — FPGA/SoC
Design and develop ruggedised embedded computing solutions on FPGA and SoC platforms for real-time signal processing, radar front ends and AI inference at the tactical edge.
AI Engineer — Sensor Fusion & Predictive Analytics
Build the multi-modal sensor fusion engine combining radar, EO, IR, acoustic, RF and LIDAR data into a single high-confidence threat picture in real time.
Chief Technology Officer — Defence AI & Systems
Own the entire technology vision and execution of Shinwei Gukbang. Lead an elite team across AI, laser, embedded, UAV and communications domains. Report directly to the CEO. This is a founding-team-level role.
Head of Defence Business Development & Government Affairs
Lead BD with Indian Ministry of Defence, Armed Forces and government agencies. Own pipeline from DPP procurement identification to contract award. Deep MoD / Armed Forces network is essential.
RF & Communications Systems Engineer — Anti-Jam / SDR
Develop the RF and communications layer for our Secure Communication System — FHSS anti-jam waveforms, SDR-based platforms, mesh networking protocols and post-quantum cryptography for contested spectrum environments.
Systems Integration Engineer — AI Command Platform
Own end-to-end integration of Shinwei Gukbang's AI Command Platform — connecting sensor feeds, UAV telemetry, laser system data and communications into a unified real-time command intelligence picture for operators.
Hardware Design Engineer — Ruggedised PCB & Power Systems
Design high-reliability ruggedised PCB assemblies for defence environments — from UAV payload boards and laser driver circuits to power management systems for field-deployed surveillance units operating at MIL-STD-810 standards.
